. . .Cross Cancer. . .

I went to bed at 12pm last night and my alarm clock woke me up at 6:30am and i didnt acutally get myself out of bed until 7:40am and we had to leave the house at quarter after eight! I WAS SOO TIRED. . . . soo my Cross Cancer day begins. So we found the place pretty quick since we have never been there before and the place was much bigger than i thought. They had appointments set up until 3:00pm First i had to go and register into the system and you get this red card you have to bring with you always! Then a volunteer took us downstairs where i would get looked at by my radiation oncologist Dr. Chafe i believe her name is (shes pretty nice). So they put me in a room with like 10 people inside it and i was just in one of those hospital gowns so it was SOO akward for me. . .plus there was this really cute guy in the room as well. . . and what didnt help was lifting my gown all the way to my stomach where my underwear and my scar was showing *I WAS SCREAMING IN SIDE* it was thee most uncomfortable feeling in the world. Then my radiologist drew on my leg with permanent marker and told another woman by the name of Diane what kind of shell was to be made and where (a shell only on my foot to prevent me from rotating my entire leg while getting radiation). Then Diane took me to the tightest room i’ve ever been in to get my shell made its a white plastic with a blue triming and it was really warm and then Diane and another man molded the plastic around my entire foot and it took about 8 minutes to harden instead of 15. Then i was back at the waiting room to see what else i had to get done. . .about 20 minutes later i was told i had to get a CT scan done of my leg and that took about 20 minutes aswell they also did some drawing on my leg with permanent marker they also TATTOED ME i have two blue spots on my leg so the radiologist can adjust the lasers for my treatment quicker. I was really scared that the tatoo would be painful but i didnt feel a thing =). Then it was back to the waiting room they placed me in because of the VRE. It seemed that the CT scan was early because they were ahead in there orders and at this time it was about 11:30am and my MRI wasnt scheduled until 2:30pm for prep and then 3:00pm would be my actual MRI. So we were aloud to go out for lunch and come back around 2pm to get preped so we decided to go to bonnie doon mall. Now i havent been there a whole lot only about 4 times in my entire life but everytime i go i always find a whole bunch of things for wicked prices or i always get some that i needed to get or needed to get done, done there. Low and behold me and my dad finally changed our phone plan while my mom was shopping around the mall. So my phone plan is now fave 5 plan, i get to pick 5 people where i get unlimited talk and text too and then i get 150 minutes out side of that and 100 text outside of that how cool i finally have texting on my phone ahhh that is sooo sweet!! But i didnt pick my 5 yet.
