Diagnosis History (pre-diagnosis)

Sooo Most of my friends *thats you* know that i have had a surgery on my left knee on July 24th 2006!
yeahh you all wanted to see the scar lol any wayyy over the past year i had a small muscle mass accumulate on theleft side of my left leg! *yeahh gross i know* The docs said that it would eventually go away and it was just some muslebuild up and when my leg gets stronger it will disappear well!!
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SHITY LIERS! Most of you know that i also HATE with a passion Hospitals even thoughthey are they for a good purpose i hate that smell of medicine and bleach!so ne wayy the small muscle mass has not only NOT disappeared but gotteneven bigger!! Soo i went to the hospital for an appointment and now they tell me that the *lump* is not muscle and something is really wrong!!!!!!!*Yes at this point i wanted to kill them i wont lie and i almost did if it wornt for my dad, who infact bitched them out first*

Ultrasound at 8:45am at the Tawa Center*really really akward*

appointment at the hospital with ortho doctor Glasgow and his son! At Grey Nuns * had to go in for an emergency X-Ray* and was told for the first time that the mass in my leg could be one of somethings: Soft tissue fluid wraped by muscle or a bleeding that took place after surgery and created tissueafter the X-Ray they told me for the first time that it might in fact be a TUMOR!and are not sure if it is cancerous! and i'm praying that it isnt** And i dont want to sound selfish but, if you have time please pray for me to*Soo i was going to be sent to do an Emergency MRI within the week! * Does everything bad happen on 9/11 or what!!!!!*

Call from the hospital at 8 in the morning and got pulled from schoolbefore chemistry to get an Emergency MRI Done at the Mesicordia Hospital!THE SCARIEST THING EVER YOU NEVER WANT TO DO AN MRIIT IS ACTUALLY REALLY SCARY and not to mention really loud!!!! it drains you of all strength!! emotionally and physically! i was really worn out when i got bac to school!!! and my arm wasnumb too i had to get some blood drawn too do testing and i got numbingshot so i didnt feel the IV and other fluids that they were injecting into mewhile the MRI was taking place! SOO i didnt get the notes lol

Call from the Hospital at 7:50 am to talk about another appointment! I need to get an emergency Blood test done within the next 48th hours!

bad news didnt ahve ne time for the emergency Blood work! soo i have to wait until monday morning and i go as early as possible! Hopefully its early enough!I now have a very full next week. . . . Blood work Monday morningTues sept 18 9:30am Radioaligy Pet Scan At the U of A * the last time i checked i wasnt a pet soo lets see how this goes lol Wensday sept 19th 8:00am Downtown to see a specialist and finally i might get some answers!!

Blook work finally it took fucking 2 hours to get the stupid thing done!!! and i had a newbie nurse!!! instead of taking only one vile of blood she took fucking threee *God dame idiot* oo well i'll live. . .

Get to U of A at 9:00am appointment at 9:30am didnt get in until 10:00amTurns out Radiology Pet Scans are STILL EXPERIMENTAL in CANADAomg i really am a lab rat uhhhh i hate this shit. . . . . . they only started using itsince Febuary uhhhh . . . ne wayyy its kind of like an MRI but a lot nicer and a lot let nosie haha but you do feel a lot crappyer after!! They stick you with Radioactive glucose and they make you sit in a chair by yourself for one hour UR NOT EVEN ALOUD TO READ. . because you will use your eye muslces. soo you cant do ANYTHING until they want you to go into the machine!it took about 40 mintes *not that bad* and the machine is laser activated! soo when you finish and your ready to leave you get really really hot!!! and it doesnt feel soo good!!!

saw a specialist and says i definatly have a tumour in my leg but dont no if its cancerous soo i had to go and complete a biopsy test!Sept 22ndEven better my dad called into the office at the hospital and it turns out thatthey are soo full for biopsies that i dont get mine until Oct 4-5

Found out that i need to get a physical done before i go in for a biopsy!and i have my next MRI scheduled for 26th 8:00am and i get my physical done 25th at 2:00 soo i'll be missing the afternoon of school

Sooo turns out that i have to go into take a biopsy on Tuestday Oct 2 07 nice husoo yeahh they are either gonna put me to sleep/ freeze my leg and then make an insition in my leg and take a bunch of tissue samples all the wayy to the bone soo i'm soo not excited for that part *yeahhh another scar whoohoo

Biopsy day and it felt sooo weird like it was sooo akward i mean i was in a room with all middle aged guys fooling around with my legs *i mean grosshaha ne wayyy it was a drill that went all the way to my bone!omg that hurt soo much even though i was sedated and my tumor was freezedyou could feel the bone part and that was painful! well after they took 4 tissuesamples and 1 bone sample they put a bandaid on it and was in recovery for3 hours !!! hehehe sedation makes you halusinate a lot its soo much fun haha
